| 摘 要： | 通过抽样调查分析福建省高校学报2008年参考文献著录情况，发现大部分学报基本能按规则著录，但也存在一些不规范地方。通过分析其不规范的原因，结合日常编辑工作中遇到的问题认为，除了编者和作者要重视对参考文献的规范著录，同时著录规范的制定也应对网络公告作为文献有更明确的界定。

| Abstract: | This paper had a sample survey of the condition of bibliographic reference notes of college journals in Fujian in 2008. The result shows most journals live up to the standards on notes, but there are still some nonstandard ones. Combined with the problems facing in daily editing work, through analyzing the reason of nonstandard condition, this paper thinks not only editors and writers should pay great attention to the notes standardization of bibliographic reference, but also the department concerned should establish more specific defini- tion and standard for announcements on the Interact used as bibliographic reference. |
