| 摘 要： | 党的十七大对当前党风廉政建设和反腐败工作提出了新的更高要求，高校纪检监察机构岗位编制标准不明确、人员数量不足、梯队结构不合理、执纪能力欠缺的状况与其承担的反腐倡廉重任要求相比差距还很大。当前急需加强高校纪检监察组织建设，确立科学的定编定岗标准，补充适量复合型优秀人才到纪检监察队伍，通过建立学习型组织,实现高校纪检监察队伍整体素质的提升。
