摘    要:在国际贸易专业人才市场需求调研的基础上,探索了国际贸易实务专业"三阶段,三融合"人才培养模式,并通过"平台+方向"双基课程体系构建、实践教学体系构建、校企合作共建实训基地、教学内容及教学方法改革、师资队伍建设等措施来践行国际贸易实务专业人才培养方案。

Abstract:The paper sets out to examine the "Three Stages, Three Integrations" mode based on a survey on the requirement of job market for international trade majors. It suggests that to implement the mode, colleges should estab- lish a double course system involving elementary courses and career-oriented courses, a practical teaching system and internship bases with the common effort of enterprises and vocational colleges. Meanwhile, they should reform the teaching content and methods and train teaching faculty accordingly.
