| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆的定位，内涵极为丰富，关系到图书馆的发展空间和方向，而突出服务定位是一切工作的关键。但是，高校图书馆在为自己正确定位的同时，不能定而不变，还应不断地创新。创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，是一个国家兴旺发达的动力。没有创新就没放进步。本文就高校图书馆如何正确定位，以应对创新大潮的冲击，从树立新观念、建立新机制、采用新技术和管理创新等方面提出了粗浅的看法。

| Abstract: | The connotation of orientation of libraries in colleges and universities is very rich. It is related to the direction and developing space of libraries and highlighting of the service orientation is essential for its running. This paper points out that libraries in colleges and universities should also make effort to innovate in accordance with the development of the society. This paper stresses that it is very important for the libraries in colleges and universities to establish new concepts, set up new mechanism, and apply new technologies in its management to adapt to the rapid growing of education. |
