| 摘 要： | 高职院校践行科学发展观就是要以鲜明的办学特色提高人才培养质量和服务社会的能力。学校办学特色是一种积淀、一种提炼、一种认同、一个品牌，它具有独特性、优质性、稳定持久性，是学校的核心竞争力。高等职业院校的办学特色是以文化特色为根本、专业特色为核心、人才培养特色为关键。高职院校要通过落实和扩大办学自主权，明确定位和制定发展战略，建设优势专业和专业群，发挥校长的关键作用来形成办学特色。

| Abstract: | The paper suggests that to develop higher vocational education with a scientific outlook, higher vocational institutions should distinguish themselves with distinctive and effective school programs. Colleges should endeavor to improve quality of education and capability to serve economic development. The distinctive characteristics of a college which are of particularity, excellence and sustainability constitute its core competitiveness. These features have been established with days and essentialized as characterized with distinctive culture as their base, dis their identity and brand. Higher vocational institutions can be tinguishing curricular as the core, the efficient training modes as the key. More specific development ideas are also put forward in the paper. |
