| 摘 要： | 校企共建校内生产性实训基地是校企合作的物质基础和基本保障,是提高高职教育教学质量和学生实践和就业能力的有效途径与方法,是高职教育内涵建设的重要内容。本文将结合高职院校校内生产性实训基地的建设实践,就当前校企共建校内生产性实训基地的成效和存在的问题进行探讨,认为只有立足校企双赢,制定和完善校企共建校内生产性实训基地的制度,建立健全包括运行机制、利益机制、激励机制、约束机制、情感机制等在内的长效机制,才能使校内生产性实训基地成功建设并良性运转,使之成为校企深层合作的桥头堡,成为推进工学结合人才培养模式改革的校内教学基地,成为提高学生实践动手能力与职业能力的校内真实工程场所。

| Abstract: | Co-constructed training base by higher vocational college and enterprises is a security measure for sound cooperation of schools and enterprises,which can ensure the efficient traning for students' skills.Therefore it is regarded as one of most importanmt parts for construction of higher vocational education.The paper makes a overall discussion on the practice of co-construction of training base and put forward some suggestions as how to improve the co-construction in lights of mechanism,affection elements ... |
