| 摘 要： | 农民工对我国经济的增长做出了巨大的贡献。随着我国经济社会的发展，农民工问题受到越来越多人的关注，同时，农民工自身的结构也发生了变化，出现了代际转换问题。第二、三代农民工与第一代农民工相比，在流动动机、从事的职业结构、受教育程度等方面都有显著不同。在新的历史时期下，研究农民工的代际转换有很强的现实意义，对构建和谐社会意义重大。
