| 摘 要： | 经济结构中的产业结构调整与升级,必须与优化产业组织结构以及技术创新结构相结合,重点是着力培植高新技术产业和新兴服务产业;发展支柱产业;改组改造传统产业,逐步建立以资金技术密集型、高产业关联度为主体的现代经济体系。具体结构调整实践中还要认清目前调整的背景,把握调整升级的方向、模式和途径,从而在提高整体产业竞争力升级产业结构的同时,建立与人口、资源、环境相协调的高效利用能源的产业体系。

| Abstract: | The adjustment and updating of industrial structure is bound to the optimization of industrial organization structure and technology innovation.The priority is given to the subsidization of hi-tech and new service industries,development of mainstay industry,reconstruction of traditional industry,gradually setting up a capital and technology intensified and highly industrial related modern economy.The paper maintains that the economic background should be studied before the practical adjustment is conducted so as to determine a proper direction,pattern and approach for adjustment and updating.In this way,the comprehensive industry competitiveness can be enhanced while established industry system can be compatible with population growth,resources reservation and environment as well. |
