摘    要:针对老旧住宅小区整治难,在分析武汉市中心城区老旧住宅小区数据的基础上,阐释了老旧住宅小区物业管理长效机制内涵的三个层次:制定老旧住宅小区物业管理中长期规划、培育老旧住宅小区物业管理市场、开发老旧住宅小区公共资源。通过三个层次的建设,解决老旧住宅小区长期以来整治无序,物业管理基本靠政府兜底,物业管理资金不足三大难题。

Exploration on a Long-term Mechanism Construction Path of Wuhan Old Residential Area Property Management

Abstract:To tackle the difficulty of old residential area in Wuhan inner city. On the basis of the analysis , area remediation, the paper analyzes the data of old residential the paper interprets the connotations of the long-term mecha- nism of the old residential area property management in three levels: the planning of old residential area property man- agement for medium and long-term, the cultivation of old residential area property management market, the develop- ment of old residential area of public resources. Through the construction of three levels, the disorder of the old resi- dential area, dependent property management on government, the lack of property management funds will be resolved.
