| 摘 要： | FH是德国高等教育体系的重要组成部分，笔者在对德国FH实地考察的基础上，主要从德国FH的人才培养模式角度，介绍了德国应用科学大学（FH）的应用型特色，并就我国高等职业教育的发展提出了一些对策和建议。
