| 摘 要： | 在用Microsoft Access构建符合国标的注射模标准模架、模具标准零件的数据库后,运用ObjectARX进行面向AutoCAD平台的二次开发,建立能检索并选用模具类别及相关标准模架的系统结构知识库,使构建的模具CAD系统,具备选用注射模标准零件并可实施参数化调整等模具智能设计功能,结合AutoCAD进行辅助设计应用取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | In the research, we employ Microsoft Access to create an injection model design database in light of international standard in terms of die carrier and spare parts. Then, we develop the system geared for Auto CAD with ObjectARX and establish a systematic structure database which enables users to retrieve and refer to relevant standard parameter for die carrier of categorized mold. The so created mold CAD system can produce the standard spare parts for injection mold and is capable of fulfilling such intelligent design as parameterized modulation. |
