| 摘 要： | 2 1世纪是知识经济时代 ,是一个知识化、信息化的世纪。在知识经济的要求下 ,高等院校正面临着一场大的变革。高校干部作为高校的领头人、指明灯 ,面对这场变革应以一种主人翁的姿态来积极主动地提出自身的修养和综合素质。本文结合我国高校的具体实际 ,提出高校干部应具备的三项素质和五个培养与提高的途径。
