| 摘 要： | 在信息社会,川北、川东北采输处档案工作面临诸多问题:档案意识淡薄;档案资料收集不齐全;基础工作较差;档案服务形式单一;档案法律意识淡薄等等。随着现代企业制度的建立,管理的弊端越来越突出,旧的管理模式已经不适应川北、川东北采输处改革发展的需要,已经成为档案工作发展的桎梏。应采取措施加以整改。

| Abstract: | In information society,the archive work of North Sichuan and North-esat Sichuan Collecting and Conveying Di- vision is confronted with so many problems:indifferent thought of archive;incompletion of archive collection;low quality of basical work;monotomy of archive service;less lawful archive the consciousness and so on.With the construction of mod- em enterprise system,maltipractices stick out day after day.The old modes of management can not meet the need of the development of North Sichuan and North-east Sichuan Collecting and Conveying Division.They have become a fetter of the development of archive work.These should be rectified with measures. |
