| 摘 要： | 最高人民法院《关于适用<中华人民共和国担保法>若干问题的解释》在许多方面是成功的,但也存在着若干缺陷。文章试着就担保物权司法解释中所存在的缺陷加以分析,以期对完善我国担保物权制度有所裨益。
