| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法,文章分析了佛教精神的“仁”、“忍”理论、修炼方式、世界观、动静观与武术的共同点与不同 点,以及对武术的积极和消极影响,使人们能够更好的认识和理解武术文化,以利于武术向更健康的方向发展。

| Abstract: | By looking up document,the author makes an analysis of Buddhist spirits like theory of "kindness" and "suffering", ways of practicing, the world outlook, the move and stop, and common and different aspects and positive and negative effect to Wu - shu so that people can have deeper understanding of the culture of Wu shu and can lead it to healthier development. |
