| 摘 要： | 本文利用北京大学教育经济研究所于2011年进行的全国高校毕业生就业状况的抽样调查数据,对毕业生的就业满意度进行了实证分析。研究结果显示,工作因素对就业满意度有显著的影响;非工作因素对就业满意度既有直接的影响,也通过影响工作选择而间接地对就业满意度产生影响。

| Abstract: | Based on national scale college graduate survey data sets conducted in 2011 by Institute of Economics of Education of Peking University,this paper has given an empirical analysis on employment satisfaction.The research results showed that,job related factors had significant impact on employment satisfaction;non job related factors had both direct impact on employment satisfaction and indirect impact through affecting job opportunity. |
