| 摘 要： | 保健推拿课程深受大学生的喜欢。在有限的教学过程中,通过引入多种教学方法、着重讲解混淆深奥内容、营造课堂气氛、严格把关练习顺序、加强基本功练习、教会学生自我保护、加强实践操作环节等方面进行改进,以期提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | The Health and Massage course is very popular with college students. In the teaching with limited periods, various ways can be adopted to improve the teaching quality, such as introducing a variety of teaching methods, placing emphasis on confusing and complex points, creating the classroom atmosphere, checking strictly on the practice sequence, strengthening the training in basic skills, teaching students how to protect themselves and promoting the practice and operative skills. |
