| 摘 要： | 文中指出了我国中部地区中小企业本身存在的主要问题：总量规模小、结构性问题突出、缺乏技术创新、国际化经营水平偏低，以及品牌竞争力不强等；并分析了中小企业在成长的信用制度环境、融资环境、人力资源环境和技术环境以及法律政策环境中存在的一些问题。

| Abstract: | The main problems of the development of SME in the central area include small aggregate scales, unreasonable structure, tack of technological innovation, low international operation, and weak brand competition, the institutional environment on credit, the financial environment, the human resource environment, and the technology environment,as well as the main problems on law and policy environments of the development of SME in the central area are analysed in this article. |
