| 摘 要： | “隐私倾诉”类节目在法律方面问题明显,实施谦抑性原则非常必要。谦抑性要求权利配置遵循相应性、必要性、监控性原则,具体行为时要求遵循新闻行为的合法性、新闻特殊手段的必要性及效果的人本性等。

| Abstract: | The problems of "privacy talk" TV programs in law are so obvious that it is necessary to carry out the principle of the modest charactve.This character of news would be accompanied by the principles of accordance,necessity and supervision.It also necds to follow the legality of the news action necessity of special ways of news and the effect of human character ect. |
