掺Fe氧化物LiaNi0.9CO0.1Fe0.03O2材料的电化学性能研究

摘    要:采取液相共沉淀法沉淀出前驱复合氢氧化物,再用高温固相焙烧的方法合成了多元掺杂的氧化物正极材料LiaNi0.9Co0.1Fe0.03O2,用电化学实验方法研究了材料的电化学性能。结果表明:通过预处理后合成的电极材料具有比较好的电化学性能,首次充放电比容量可达到168.9和167.1mAh·g^-1,充放电电流效率可达98.9%。

On Electrochemical Properties of LiaNi0.9CO0.1Fe0.03O2 Oxide Cathode Material Doped with Fe Elements

Abstract:Cathode material LiaNi0.9Co0.1Fe0.03 O2 was synthesized by solid - state reaction after precursor material was synthesized by eo -precipitation method. It was proved that the sample has good electrochemical properties when starting materials were pre- treated. Electrochemical tests showed that the first specific charged and discharged eapaeities were 168.9 and 167.1 mAh · g^ -1. Current efficiency was 98.9%.
