| 摘 要： | 先秦时期有关社会保障方面的思想,对后世产生了深远的影响。虽然这些社会保障思想还没有形成完整、严密的体系,并且实施的根本目的是为了维护统治阶级自身的利益,但其中以民为本、强化政府在社会保障工作中的作用、成立互助组织及关注弱势群体等思想,在今天依然可以为我们所借鉴。

| Abstract: | This article mainly analyses the social security thoughts during the Pre-qin dynasty,such as the primarily thoughts of social relief in Zhouli and helping the poor in Guanzi and the Confucianist's prospering common people by pursuing the kind politics and the Mohist school's thoughts of cooperation in the folk and so on.This article also describes the main characteristics of the social security thought during the Pre-qin dynasty and these thoughts will enlighten the social security that is spreading today. |
