| 摘 要： | 本通过对专利制度中的伦理问题分析，指出专利制度为天才之火添加了利益之油；为创新提供公平竞争的环境；有效地调整和平衡了个体和社会之间的利益关系；同时也有效地调节了个人和集体之间的利益关系。专利制度体现了道德精神，是符合伦理原则的。

| Abstract: | This article points out by analysising ethical issues in the patent system that the patent system has appended oil of benefit to the fire of genious, provided an environment of fair-play for innovation, effectively adjusted and balanced the beneficial relationship between individual and the society, and effectively adjusted the beneficial relationship between individual and collectivity. It embodies the moral spirit, accords with the principle of ethics. |
