| 摘 要： | 爱美是人的天性,处在青春期的大学生特别是女大学生更希望具有动人的身姿。高校形体课对大学生生长发育,纠正不良姿态,塑造优美形体,促进心里健康发展具有良好影响与作用。但许多学生对形体课还没有清楚的认识,甚至认为是一种时间上的浪费,文章以此为契合点阐述了大学生形体课教育的必要性、可塑性等。

| Abstract: | It's human nature to love beauty.Female university students in their puberty particularly dream to have perfect and charming figure.So the figure-building course has been designed to help them grow physically healthily,adjust their ill postures,achieve their fitness and accelerate their mental development.Disappointingly,many students haven't gotten this awareness.Some even treat it as something waste of time and energy.Hereby the author analyses the necessity and potential of this course. |
