| Abstract: | Christopher Marlowe was one of the greatest pioneers of English drama before Shakespeare.His images of heroes molded in his dramas and his blank verse as the principal instrument of English drama had the everlasting influence on the Renaissance dramatists,especially on Shakespeare's achievements.He was indeed the founder of English drama during the Renaissance. |
