| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会的最佳途径是着力建设法治政府，一个适应和谐社会要求的法治政府应当是一个有限政府、责任政府、服务政府、公开透明的政府。转变政府职能，深化行政管理体制改革、强化司法监督、建立和完善责任追究体制、提高公务员的法制素质是建设法治政府的重要举措。

| Abstract: | It is the best way for forming a harmonious society to build a goverment under the rule of law.However,a goverment under the rule of law,which is suicable to a harmonious society,should be a limited government,a responsible government,a service government and a transperant government.So,measures as following as to change the governace house mode of operation,to transformate the goverment functions,to reform fully the administratiue system,to strengthen the judicial supervision,to improve the accountability system and the quality of civil servants should be done in time. |
