| 摘 要： | 在科技全球化的背景下,跨国公司是全球技术竞争的主角与驱动力量,其全球技术开发竞争是为了形成全球技术垄断,跨国公司全球技术垄断性利用是为了获得实现长期的控制市场从而达到技术垄断利润的最大化。本文主要从9个方面研究了跨国公司全球技术利用竞争力绩效评价指标,认为中国企业应该在"引进来"与"走出去"战略指导下,积极运用全球技术利用竞争战略,通过"干中学"提高中国企业全球技术利用竞争力。

| Abstract: | Under the background of science and technology globalization,multinational companies are the leading role and driving force of the global technique competitions.Their competitions of global technique developing aim to form the monopoly of science and technology so they can corner the market for a long time and make the profits mostly.This text mainly studies the global technique of the multinational companies to make use of the evaluation index sign of the competition ability results from 9 aspects,regards that Chinese business enterprises should "ushered in" with "walk out" strategic,make use of a global technique to make use of a competition strategy actively,raise the business enterprise global technique to make use of a competition ability through "study in practice". |
