| 摘 要： | 在我国,大学生学科竞赛有其独特的内涵。新世纪以来,关于学科竞赛与创新人才培养的研究,正在成为高教研究中的一个新的增长点。学科竞赛满足了大学生自我价值实现的需要,带动了高校的校风、学风建设,为高校的改革和发展注入了新的生机和活力。学科竞赛作为创新人才培养的重要载体,其在创新人才培养中的地位和作用,越来越被看重看好。

| Abstract: | In China,the college students＇ subject contests have its unique connotation and been a new growth point for the higher education research in the respects of the relationship between the subjects and the innovative talents training since the new century.The subject contests meet the needs of the undergraduates＇ self-value realization and have brought the new vitality and vigor to the university spirit construction and the education reform and development.As an important carrier of cultivating creative talents,the status and role that the subject contest plays in the innovative talents training has been valued increasingly. |
