| 摘 要： | 近几年,在我国有些地方的农村工业化、城市化过程中出现了两个认识和操作误区:一是过于分散的乡村工业化、城镇化;二是用搞运动的方式来推进农村工业化、城市化。这样做的后果相当严重。我们应选择郊区工业化、城市化,并把它作为一个自然过程,即以经济发展水平为前提。

| Abstract: | Recently,two ideological and operational mistakes appear in the process of rural industrialization and urbanization somewhere in China: over-despersiveness and formalism.The mistakes will result in bad consequences.We should focus on and gradually naturalize suburb industrialization and urbanization,that is,premise on economic development. |
