| 摘 要： | 实践教学是检验法律基础理论教学的重要手段，也是法律基础课程体系的客观要求。高校法律基础课程属思想道德教育范畴，因此法律基础理论课程教学理念、方式以及教学深度广度直接影响实践教学的效果。实践教学存在的诸多问题中，主要包括总体重视程度不够、教学环节简单、课时安排较少、难以形成系统性实践教学计划等。本文试图从法律基础实践教学现状入手，研究在新形势下大学生掌握法律基础知识的方式和手段，进一步探讨实践教学对人才培养的重要作用。

| Abstract: | practice teaching is the basic theory teaching of law means law basic course system of objective requirements .Matter of ideological and moral education of College Law Foundation course are-as ,so that the law basic courses teaching idea ,approach and breadth depth directly affecting the practi-cal teaching effect .Problems in the practice of teaching ,and consists primarily of general importance , the teaching process is simple enough ,less scheduling ,more difficult to build systematic plan of practice teaching ,and so on .This paper attempts to start from the current situation of practical teaching of law , study of college students in the new situation grasp the basic knowledge of legal ways and means ,to ex-plore further the practical teaching on the importance of personnel training . |
