| 摘 要： | 黄炎培职业教育思想对于现今发展职业教育特别是促进新农村建设具有重要的指导意义，为此，应厘清职业教育服务新农村建设的基本功能与价值取向，尝试共建合作、委托培养、基地带动等多种模式。扩大和加强农村实用性人才和技能型人才的范围和力度，提高农民素质和实用技术能力；建设农民培养和剩余劳动力转移培养基地或劳动力供应基地；将新农民培训、劳动力转移培训以及农民工培训作为职业教育发展的重点。

| Abstract: | The vocational education thought of Huang Yanpei has constructive value for vocational education development,particularly for exerting its function in the construction of new country in China nowadays,Therefore,we should clarify the basic function and value of vocational education in constructing new country,attempt diversified models,enlarge and strengthen the scope and extent of practical and skilled talents in country,and enhance peasants' quality and abilities of applying techniques;build base for peasants cultivation and transferring cultivation of residual workforce or "workforce providing base";take new peasants training,workforce transferring training and peasant workers training as the emphasis of vocational education development. |
