| 摘 要： | 以杨金土、孟广平为首的研讨组曾提出人才分类与教育分类：学术型人才——学术教育、工程型人才——工程教育、技术型人才——技术教育、技能型人才——职业教育。有人对此提出异议。本文针对异议，从区分工程型人才和技术型人才的原因、杨孟分类法在工业领域和非工业领域的适用性、确定分类的命名和目的及依据等方面，对杨孟分类法进行了分析，并赞成这种人才分类和教育分类。

gineering education,technical talents-technical education,skill talents-vocational education. Someone
take exception about this.The article analyses the classification from the aspects of the reason why we distinguish engineering talents and technical talents,the applicability of this classification in industrial field and other fields,choosing its name ,aim and basis,etc.The author assents to this classification. |
