| 摘 要： | 高职院校社会适应性的体制、机制上,存在体制僵化,缺乏活力;体制传统,缺乏个性;体制随意,缺乏稳定性、效率不高;动力机制缺乏;政府推动不力以及经费投入不足的问题.究其原因主要是受传统观念、原有体制的影响以及形式化、单向性制度的制约.为此,应构建高职教育的新体制,强化政府的干预性,注重高职院校自我系统的开放性,充分凸显行业、企业的"双主体性".
