| 摘 要： | 通识教育是一种广泛的、非专业性的、非功利性的基本知识、技能和态度的教育,旨在培养合格的"人"和"公民"。实施通识教育有利于培养学生基本工作能力,提高学生职业胜任力中的鉴别性特征。强化通识教育办学思想、把握胜任力科学内涵、做好通识教育顶层设计、加强课程改革与管理、重视师资培训是实施通识教育,提高学生职业胜任力的有效路径。

| Abstract: | General education is a kind of broad,unprofessional and un-utilitarian education which focus on the basic knowledge,skills and attitude.The aim of general education is to cultivate the qualified "person" and "citizen".General education is favorable for training students’ ability,increasing the identifiable features in the professional competency of students.Strengthening operational principles,knowing the scientific meaning of professional competency,finishing the top-level design of general education,improving the curriculum reform and management,paying attention to faculty training are all the effective paths to carry out general education and improving students’professional competence. |
