| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化进程中，质量问题随着数量的膨胀而成为关注焦点。要实现高等教育的可持续发展，必须注重规模、质量的协调发展，树立发展的、多样化的、适宜性的高等教育质量观。本文对现行高等学校教学质量监控体系及其运行实践进行全面反思。提出进一步完善高等学校教学质量监控与评价体系的建议与设想。

| Abstract: | Quality has become the focus with the growth of students' amount during the course of popular-ization of higher education.We must lay stress on the coordinative development between scale and quality, establish developing,various and suitable quality view of higher education in order to achieve the sustain-able deveioprnent of higher education.The article looks closely at the monitor systern of teaching quality and its implementing in higher schools,puts forward the proposal and prospection to perfect the monitor and evaluation system of teaching quality in higher schools. |
