| 摘 要： | 在建设社会主叉市场经济体制的过程中，我国的道德建设和道德教育一直存在实效性差的问题，导致这种局面最根本的原因，是德育工作者对社会的变化无动于衷。要改进高职院校思想道德修养课，必须加强理论学习，转变对道德教育的认识；尊重学生的需要，改进道德教育内容；改进德育方法，走向引导和共同构建的道德教育模式。

| Abstract: | In the process of building socialism marketing economy system,the effect of the construction of morality and moral education in China are bad all the time,and reasons resulted in the problem are that moral education worker can't adapt to the change of society.To improve the curriculum of ideological and moral education,teachers must strengthen theoretic learning,transform cognition to moral education;respect the need of students,and improve the content of moral education,etc. |
