| 摘 要： | 我国高等职业教育发轫于20世纪80年代,经过90年代“双起点”、“双证书”的探索阶段,到90年代末21世纪初进入了全面快速发展阶段。根据当前形势,在未来发展中,应当充分认识我国大力发展高职教育的现实意义、现状与改革方向及示范性高职院校建设计划的总体目标,充分发挥高职院校办学自主权,探索有中国特色和地方特色的高等职业教育发展之路。
