| 摘 要： | 高校是社区的重要组成部分,拥有丰富的教育资源,且具有服务社会的功能,是建设学习型社区的重要力量。依托高校资源建设学习型社区要正确处理高校与社区的关系,在坚持互利原则上,通过加强政府引导、整合并开放教育资源、完善沟通和管理机制等措施实现资源共享,协调各方面工作,促进高校与社区的合作共建。
