| 摘 要： | 分析东北三省对职业教育需求的情况和东北三省的职业教育现状,提出改革东北三省职业教育以支持老工业基地振兴的具体对策,即加强对职业教育宏观调控的力度,实施创优工程,调整专业结构,建立职前教育和职后培训一体化的教育体系,推动"劳动力转移和转岗培训工程"的实施.

| Abstract: | The author analyzes the requirements for vocational education and the current situation of vocational education in the three Northeast Provinces, offers the concrete ways to reform the vocational education in the three Northeast Provinces to support the rejuvenescence of the old industrial base. That is, strengthening macro-adjustment and control of vocational education, implementing the project for excellent vocational education, readjusting the speciality mix, establishing the educational system of integrating preservice instruction and post-service training and promoting the project for labour force transference and the training for changing a job. |
