| Abstract: | The essence of ERP system is to transform the knowledge of advanced management thought to the management procedure and information construction of enterprise,and the transformation of knowledge is mainly through training.In the training of ERP programme,enterprise should build effective training system,persist in sufficent,long-term and effective training,pay attention to the important points of implementation phase and training of ERP,clarify the matching relationship between training objects and training contents,etc. |
