| 摘 要： | 电工实训分层教学，就是在班级电工实训中依照实训计划的要求，从好、中、差各类学生的实际出发，规定不同层次的内容，进行不同层次的实训，给予不同层次的辅导，组织不同层次的测试。使学生在各自的“最近发展区”内得到充分发展。本文对如何进行实训学生分组、实训目标分层、实训设施分层、实训内容分层、实训考核分层进行了说明。
