| 摘 要： | 加强“双师型”师资队伍建设,是职技高师提高教师队伍素质的一项战略性措施,也是21世纪高等职业师范教育改革和发展的一项紧迫任务。加强和改进“双师型”师资队伍建设,应是全方位、多角度、主体式的。应从教育改革、师资培训、制度健全、基地建设、经费投入等方面去探求积极有效的可行性策略。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the construction of" Do uble Teacher"teaching staff is a strategic measure to im-prove teachers' quali ties in vocational and technical colleges.It is also an urgent mission of refo rming and developing higher vocational teachers education in the21st century. Higher vocational teachers education should explore the actively effective tacti cs to strengthen and improve the construction of"Double Teach-er"teaching sta ff from educational reform,teaching staff training,sound in system,constructi on of base,fund input and so on. |
