工作过程知识导向的职业教育课程开发

摘    要:工作过程知识是指在灵活且不断更新的企业环境下工作劳动所需要的知识,具有整体性、有效性,在解决问题的过程中建构、融合理论知识与经验知识等特点。因此,在工作过程导向的职教课程开发中,要把工作过程作为一个整体,使工作场所与培训提供者密切合作,使课堂讲授与工作场所经验指导相整合,强调真实工作情境中的团队精神。

Abstract:Working process knowledge indicate the knowledge demanded from the work under flexible and continuous work environment, which possess the characteristics of integration, effectiveness, constructing in the process of solving problems, integrating theoretical knowledge with experiencial knowledge. Therefore, the curriculum development of vocational education oriented by working process should take working process as a whole body, make training provider cooperate closely with workplace, integrate classroom imparting with workplace experience, emphasize team spirit in authentic working wituation.
