香港职业教育办学模式、质量保障机制及其启示

摘    要:香港职业教育办学模式可概括为普通学校型职业教育、产学合作型职业教育及"产学研训结合"型职业教育,已形成由"政府、办学机构、行业企业"协同合作的"三位一体"的质量保障机制。其对内地职业教育的启示在于,建立人才资源需求预测机制,提高预测的准确性;加强校企合作,发挥行业企业"标尺"作用;正确处理政府主导与市场化运行的关系。

Abstract:The school-running model of vocational education in Hongkong can be summarized as general school type,production-learning cooperated type and the type of combination of production,research,learning and practice. It has been formed a trinity quality assurance mechanism of the collaboration of government,sponsoring agencies,industries and enterprises. Its inspirations to vocational education of mainland include: establishing forecast mechanism for human resource demand to improve the accuracy of forecasts; strengthening the cooperation of enterprise-school,and playing a benchmark role of industries and enterprises; correctly handing the relationship between the government-lead and market operation.
