| 摘 要： | 政企共建高职院校是社会主义市场经济发展的必然结果.“股份制”合作共建模式既有利于国有资产的保值增值,又为企业寻求“合理回报”留下了制度空间,为提高人才培养质量奠定了体制基础.“政、校、企三方联动”运行机制的形成和完善是改革成功的关键.

| Abstract: | The vocational college built jointly by government and enterprises is the inevitable result of the development of the socialist market economy."Joint-stock" cooperation mode is conducive to preserve and increase the value of the state-owned assets,and it also gains the space for enterprises to seek the reasonable return,and it lays system founda tion to improve the training quality.The formation and perfection of running mechanism of"the tripartite interaction of government,school and enterprises"is the key to successful reform. |
