| 摘 要： | 建设科学的大学生创业孵化基地主要策略包括:通过税收支持和信贷支持建设有利的政策环境;明确孵化基地的公益性特点,建立规范化的综合服务系统;实行企业化运作模式;采取多种形式对入孵企业给予资金支持;形成与创业基金进入渠道相适应的创业基金退出机制;在项目管理中,实现科技成果的商业化;发展区域合作、内部融合和宽容失败的文化。

| Abstract: | The main strategies for building scientific entrepreneurship in cubating base for undergraduates include:building favorable policy environment through revenue support and credit support;clarifying the commonweal characteristic of incubating base and constructing standardized comprehensive service system;carrying out the running model of enterprise and adopting various modes to give capital support for incubated enterprises and forming entrepreneurship fund retreat system suitable for the entrepreneurship fund entry approaches;trying to realize the commercialization of scientific fruits;developing the culture atmosphere of regional cooperation,internal harmonization and tolerating failure. |
