| 摘 要： | 江西省民办职业教育管理不规范,办学质量不高,师资队伍流动性大,办学定位不明确。对此,政府应明确自身职能,积极发挥各种社会中介组织作用,进一步规范民办职业教育外部管理,保障民办职教发展;学校应进行科学定位,健全内部管理机制,加强教师队伍建设。

| Abstract: | The development of non-governmental vocational education in Jiangxi Province are facing with many problems,such as unregulated management,low school-running quality,frequent mobility of teaching staff and undefinite school-running orientation.Aiming at these problems,the government should clarify its function,actively exert the role of various social agencys,progressively regulate outside management to ensure the development of non-governmental vocational education;non-government vocational schools should orient scientifically,optimize its inside management mechanism and strengthen the construction of teaching staff. |
