摘    要:随着社会的快速发展,高职院校师生之间的代际差异使高职教师在当前师生关系中的角色面临挑战,高职教师作为"过渡人"角色在留恋传统社会赋予教师的传统权威与创建现代教师权威之间游离。高职教师应转变传统教育教学理念,改革教育教学模式,完善自身知识与能力结构,走出当前面临的困境。

Abstract:With the rapid changing of Chinese society,the inter-generational differences between teachers and students make higher vocational school teachers face with challenges in current teacher-student relationship.They are freeing between recalling with nostalgia traditional teacher authority and yearning modern ones.Higher vocational school teachers need to transform the traditional education and teaching ideology,reform education and teaching model and optimize their knowledge and ability structure so as to go out of the current dilemma.
