面向职业岗位构建高职微电子技术专业人才培养模式

摘    要:深圳职业技术学院微电子技术专业在企业职业岗位需求调查的基础上,将集成电路版图设计、数字线路设计作为专业的核心工作岗位和主要就业岗位,兼顾基本就业岗位和辅助就业岗位需求,构建由文化素质平台课程、专业基础平台课程和专业技术平台课程构成的课程体系,建立相适应的实践教学体系.为保证课程体系实施,实行弹性的"2+1"人才培养模式,平衡学生学校学习和校外实践之间的关系.
