中小企业职工教育培训管理模式层次性研究

摘    要:与大型企业比较,中小企业在职工教育培训方面存在许多问题,亟需建立一套科学、有效的职工教育培训管理体系,以快速提高企业员工的整体素质和业务技能,提高工作效能。基于相关的理论和实践研究,中小企业职工教育培训应分为高层、中层和基层三个层次进行,不同的层次采取不同的培训方法,并形成与之配套的教育培训管理体系。

Abstract:In comparison with large enterprises, SMEs still have many problems in education and training of workers, which need urgently to establish a set of scientific and effective management system of education and training for overall staff to rapidly improve their corresponding qualities and skills. Based on current theoretical and practical research, the education and training for SMEs workers should be divided into high-level, medium-level and basic-level, different training methods should be taken at different levels and the matching management system should be formel.
