| 摘 要： | 高职教育能否发展壮大，能否成为高等教育中一支有别于普通高教的重要力量，关键在于其人才培养模式是否具有特色。本文以深圳职业技术学院为例，就高职人才培养模式在人才培养规格、专业设置、教学设计、课程模式、教师队伍、人才培养途径等方面的特色进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The model of developing talents musl have its own characteristics in higer vocational education, which decides the higher vocational education in rapidly develop and became an important power in higher education. The article gives an example, Shenzhan vocational and technical college and explores its characteristics of the model of developing talents in the aspects of the specifications of developing talents, specialities offered, teaching design, course model, teaching staff, the way of developing talents and so on. |
